Sun Dried Tomato Butter

butter, softened

Sun-Dried Tomatoes (blanched in boiling water, drained, finely chopped)

1/2 tsp.
|
anchovy paste
|
|
1/4 tsp.
|
finely grated orange zest
|
|
1/4 tsp. |
fresh rosemary, finely chopped.
|
|
1/8 tsp.
|
salt
|
|
1/8 tsp.
|
black pepper
|
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend into a fine paste. Transfer to a bowl, refrigerate.
Serve with warm bread, or add a dollop to grilled or panfried fish.
