Sun Dried Tomato Butter


Amount Ingredient
1 stick butter, softened
2 Tbs. Sun-Dried Tomatoes (blanched in boiling water, drained, finely chopped)
1/2 tsp. anchovy paste
1/4 tsp. finely grated orange zest
1/4 tsp. fresh rosemary, finely chopped.
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper

 
Directions:

    Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend into a fine paste. Transfer to a bowl, refrigerate. Serve with warm bread, or add a dollop to grilled or panfried fish.
