Chicken broth
|
Directions:
Rinse beans then cover with chicken broth. Add chopped onions, garlic and green pepper, sliced turkey sausage, and diced sun dried tomatoes and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 2 hours or until soft. Serve over rice or polenta.
